Let us tell you just a little about us at Snowybear Kennels

We have been breeding, showing and enjoying our Samoyeds – in CKC, AKC & UKC shows in both Confirmation and Obedience trails. Dog sledding only for fun in our own back yard and many our of neighbors fields as well as skijoring only for fun. When we got our very first Samoyed Boy and this quickly changed to three in no time at all. I have loved this bred every since I was a teenager this has been a long-time love with the Samoyed, they are not only our Dog’s but a major part of our family. We are members of the following clubs – Samoyed Association of Canada (I have been Ontario Director for several years), Samoyed Association of America, Samoyed Association of Central Ontario and the Canadian Kennel Club – we are life members now. I also have achieved my Judging license for All breed UKC shows. quality ckc samoyeds

Our Breeding Program....

All of our breeding Samoyeds have had health clearances done on both hips and eyes. With that in mind we have developed our breeding program to give us time to show the dogs and eventually after the clearances that are done at 2 years of age, they can be entered into our breeding program. We are pleased to contribute to this beautiful breed and share our love, guidance and education to new families wanting their own special Samoyed. All puppies are home raised in our family room, not out in the kennel environment and remain in with us until they go into their new homes. We pride ourselves in breeding for Temperament and a wonderful outgoing Samoyed puppy.
